A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Spa Attendant based on a 30 hour contract, ideally over 5 days per week to join us at Fonab Castle Hotel & Spa in Perthshire, Scotland.

Today our magnificent Castle has 42 bedrooms and recently undertaken a 3-million-pound development.

**The Role**:

- To ensure guest access to towels and consumables is uninterrupted
- Complaint with the cleaning schedules to ensure highest standards of cleanliness
- Water testing and pool plant duties, to ensure the highest standards of water quality and safety
- Reporting of lost property, accidents, maintenance issues or other incidents
- Be proactive ensuring all guests are acknowledged and welcomed in a timely and appropriate manor
- Demonstrate an awareness of customer priorities and anticipate needs
- Ensure your activity always considers the health and safety of guests and colleagues and that appropriate warning signs are visible where you are working
- action all guest requests in a friendly, efficient manor

**The Person**:

- Reliable and a good timekeeper
- Ability to prioritise workload and follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Recognised first aid qualification is desirable but not essential
- Pool plant qualification desirable but not essential
- Willing to undertake ongoing training opportunities
