Order Processor

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an Expeditor/Order Processor to join our manufacturing clients existing team based in WV6

**Hours**

08:30am - 17:30PM Mon-Fri - this includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

**Pay**

£10.50 - £12.00 depending on experience

**Job Duties**
- Developing rapport and relationships with key customers and contacts.
- Ensuring customer requests are fully understood and resolved.
- To follow departmental systems, processes, and procedures
- Handle customer issues professionally and escalate problems where necessary
- Facilitating the flow of materials between various parties and departments.
- Identifying critical shortages or manufacturing delays and sharing information with colleagues and customers
- Streamlining interdepartmental communication, often working as a liaison between all departments
- Education in Engineering, Logistics, Expediting is welcomed but not essential.
- Must be computer literate in Excel, Word, Outlook etc

**This is a long term role with the potential of a permanent job with the company after a trial period.**
