As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and new customers
- Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: From £25,722.51 per year
