Head Baker

Patina is a Bakery and restaurant in Edinburgh Park looking to deliver a world class food and beverage offering in an exciting new development.

**Duties**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring all baked goods are prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Create and develop new recipes and baked goods to expand the menu offerings
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels
- Train and supervise junior bakers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor baking equipment and perform routine maintenance as necessary

- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

Pay: £31,000.00 per year
