**Join our creative Global Reservoir Technical Services Team**

Baker Hughes Reservoir Technical Services (RTS) provide the subsurface intelligence, technical ingenuity and experience to develop strategies that drive performance, production, and profits across the life of our customers assets. Our integrated, multidiscipline teams comprise experts in formation evaluation, geoscience, geomechanics, reservoir modeling and simulation, reservoir engineering and well production.

**Partner with the best**

As a Global Subject Matter in Petrophysics you will act as a senior leader and coordinator of technical projects for external customers and Product Lines, and lead global communication between clients, Product Lines and the RTS region and HQ teams. You will have responsibility for coordinating multiple projects and collaborative efforts between RTS regions and Product Lines. You will be the key contact person globally for external clients and Product Lines, taking responsibility for project delivery and discipline excellence.

You will also be responsible for:

- Providing petrophysics related analysis using appropriate, state-of-the-art techniques to provide Best-In-Class solutions for the client.
- Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
- Providing client follow-up and product delivery, reviewing and providing technical input to client proposals.
- Project managing peer reviews and participating in complex integrated projects
- Writing and presenting industry papers and publications and chairing technical sessions at industry events.
- Guiding and managing strategic solutions to address evolving markets and positively impact customer profitability.
- Acting as the global focal point for development, implementation and optimization of a deliverable, service, technology, workflow or process
- Leading customer-focused technical events and symposiums
- Leading and authoring training content and facilitate formal internal training courses.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Be highly proficient in Petrophysics software
- Possess excellent written, verbal communication and presentational skills, with recent experience of presenting at external industry events and report writing
- Understand related technical disciplines and familiarity with the workings of multi-disciplined Petrophysics studies with a proven track record of working in a diverse range of basins and provinces worldwide
- Have expert understanding of the range of geological settings and reservoir complexities
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Expert ability to analyse and resolve problems.
- Have a proven track record of the ability to lead and execute programs and projects with highly established project management skills
