Our Aspirations programme supports schools to better understand their students needs, interests and ambitions, and to use data to tailor their Personal Development programme around student voice and measure the impact of their strategies. We are quickly becoming more recognised in the sector as a leading analytics tool and support programme for Personal Development provision in schools and are now taking on more work with large trusts across the UK to support with overall school improvement.

We are a small, friendly & hard-working team, where personal development is at the heart of everything we do. All team members have regular development time dedicated to skill-improvement & we continually and actively look for professional advancement opportunities, based on individual employees’ needs & aspirations.

**The role**

We are currently working successfully with 39 secondary schools from across the UK and are looking for a Schools Delivery Manager to support these schools with running their Aspirations programmes.

You will be working on:
Embedding the Aspirations programme into our partner schools, equipping school staff with the skills and tools they need to successfully run the programme and make progress towards their goals.

Supporting schools with support requests they may have, including training or introductory sessions, to ensure the Aspirations Programme is as easy to engage with as possible & schools receive the highest standard of support.

Conducting data analysis with senior leaders within schools and supporting them to use the data generated from the Aspirations Programme to create a robust Personal Development strategy.

Supporting the growth of the Aspirations programme, providing ideas and input into how we can deliver the best possible outcomes for students.

Supporting the development of our growing community of passionate PD leaders and running CPD sessions, working groups and developing resources for use in schools.

**What you’ll do**:
Every day looks very different as a Schools Delivery Manager There will be some periods where it is very busy and then other times when schools are on holiday where there is more time to reflect and the pace is slower. Below are some examples of the kind of things you will be doing day-to-day.
- Meet with school leaders to run training sessions around how to use the platform effectively.
- Meet with school leaders to run planning sessions, supporting training around how to use school data to create effective plans.
- Respond quickly and effectively to day-to-day requests from schools.
- Create excel data packs, planning PowerPoints and support packages for schools.
- Create weekly attendance reports for schools, displaying co-curricular attendance.
- Create reports for senior leaders and multi-academy trust (MAT) senior teams.
- Manage school accounts effectively, communicating with MAT project leads around progress and keeping on top of school developments.
- Communicate effectively with the East team, taking responsibility for schools’ progress and providing precise and accurate updates including support requests from others when needed.
- Support with building the Aspirations community, including giving feedback on school resources and meeting regularly with the Marketing Lead and Community Lead to provide.
- Meet regularly with your line-manager to discuss any issues you may be facing & where you may need more support.
- Meet regularly with your development manager to discuss your own professional development, the skills you want to advance & the plan to do so.

**Support and Supervision**

As a small team, we can provide close support and supervision to all employees, as and when it is needed. We are keen for the person coming into the company to be given as much support as possible from day one, as the intention is for this person to develop and grow with the company. We have big aspirations and want our team to be equally ambitious and driven.

We are a company where professional development is a key focus. From day one, you will be assigned a Development Manager and development time will be timetabled into your calendar. What this looks like will be up to you, it will focus on your skill development and career aspirations.

In the early days, you will check-in with your line manager daily, and for the first month there will be 2 days each week of mandatory in-person training at our office in London, Waterloo. Our induction process will include all necessary training, including data protection, child safeguarding and a complete overview of how the Aspirations programme works and role expectations.
