**Job Title: Events Executive (Maternity Cover)**

- Maternity Cover with 1 day WFH- must be flexible with hours when attending events. Starting Mid
- May.**

**Hours - 9am-5pm**

**The Right Client**:

- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful events & publication company based in Moira who are looking for an Events Assistant.

**The Right role**:

- Planning of all events including managing operations on-the-day;
- Speaker liaison including organising travel and accommodation;
- Exhibition sales and bookings for events;
- Managing relationships with event sponsors and other commercial partners;
- Identifying and securing speakers for conferences;
- Researching relevant and high quality conference content and production of conference websites and brochures;
- Designing and executing marketing campaigns for events and publications including all digital marketing;
- Maintaining/researching and updating company databases and contact lists;
- Supporting editorial staff in researching, fact-checking and proof-reading content for publications.

**The Right Fit**:

- Have strong oral and written communication skills;
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Be well organised with a professional and engaging manner;
- Ability to work accurately and reliably under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Have the ability to work on their own initiative and multi-task.

**Driving licence and access to own transport is essential for this role**. Events/conference attendance will be required, which will include occasional overnight stays along with early morning starts and late evenings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
