Location: Daventry

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences to support children's learning and development.
- Provide personal care and support to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Keep accurate records of children's progress and development, communicating effectively with parents and carers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driving license and access to own transportation.
