We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Occupational Therapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in West London. They are seeking a qualified Therapist with previous Acute Rehab experience.

Short Term Rehabilitation service accepts referrals from acute hospitals, inpatient rehab units, discharge to Assess, GPs, care co-ordinators and social prescribers. Community therapists visit patients in their own home/usual place of residence to providean assessment of needs and interventions to maximise the independence of the patient and reduce care calls where necessary.

**Position Requirements**
- HCPC Registered
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within Acute Rehab
