We aim to deliver exceptional food, using quality, imported ingredients and give our guests a great time. About the role:
The role is for a dishwasher/KP on Friday and Saturday evenings with extra shifts becoming available in a few weeks. Would suit someone local/ or with their own transport.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organised, fast and efficient Kitchen Porter to join our team. The Kitchen Porter will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, supporting the kitchen staff in food preparation, and ensuring a hygienic environment.

**Duties**:

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and floors
- Support kitchen staff in organizing supplies and ingredients
- Follow health and safety guidelines in handling food and cleaning chemicals

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic kitchen procedures and practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus but not essential
- **Must clean to a very high standard**:

- Willingness to learn and assist the kitchen team as needed
