**Training Executive required for a role providing contact centre, database, compliance through to management training**. This training delivery role will ensure the continued development and commit to our colleagues to develop great processes across all branches. Based from Shrewsbury you will travel to offices where required and deliver some online content.

We are looking for someone who has delivered and helped design training for the commercial, corporate sectors, someone with a real passion for enhancing people’s careers.

This is a permanent and full time role with frequent travel in the UK, based in the Shrewsbury office most days with travel to key on areas including Cardiff, Birmingham, Leeds and Cambridge. Overnight stays will be required occasion.

**The role**:

- Deliver training in person, online and pre-recorded to a wide range of colleagues from trainees to senior management
- Review and assess colleagues and department needs through onboarding, training, reviews and programmes
- Create and develop learning and training material in a modern and effective way
- Review and support onboarding and recruitment assessments for new starters and hiring managers
- Continued improvement and adaptation to evolve with the company’s growth and objectives
- General reporting and administration

**We are looking for**:

- Experience of developing modern training for office or call centre related sectors.
- Vast experience of delivering training to new starters and colleagues that are at all levels of the career ladder.
- Ability and experience in assessing and reviewing the effectiveness of the training programmes
- A passion to create and deliver engaging training and support the operational needs of the company
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to relate to colleagues requirements
- Presentation skills in person, online and through pre recorded material where required.

**Further details**:
The normal hours of work are 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility to occasionally support colleagues working unsociable shifts.
