**About Our Client**:
Our client a highly successful business that is experiencing an Exciting period of growth is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join the team in Woking, Surrey. Hybrid working offered

As the Finance Assistant based from Woking, Surrey you will be responsible for

The primary responsibility of this role is to produce the monthly customer profit and loss statements and client Invoicing. In addition, this role will support the department Head in the preparation of client budgets and forecast. We require someone who has good organisational skills, can self-prioritise, communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance staff and a high attention to detail.

**Duties are as follows**:

- Preparation of monthly customers Profit and Loss accounts and invoices for sign off
- Work in collaboration with the Operational Managers and Finance Business Partner to ensure information is accurate and relevant.
- Work in collaboration with the Management Accountants to ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly revenue
- Support the Finance team with the set-up of new customer reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition
- Ensure completeness and integrity of the customer accounts
- Build and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally
- Manage customer queries
- Any Ad Hoc duties as required

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Studying towards an Accountancy Qualification or Qualified By Experience both equally considered
- Experience in a similar role desirable - but training will be given
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working with both finance and non-finance staff is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of SAGE 200 desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The capacity to work under tight deadlines, pressure and determine priorities
- The ability to use own initiative and access materiality
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to tailor approach dependent upon the recipient.
- High levels of accuracy with close attention to detail.
- Desire to continually challenge, assess and improve processes

**What's on Offer**:

- Salary £28,000 - £32,500
- 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays
- Pension Matched to 5%
- Hybrid working offered after first month's training 2-3 days per week from the office and the rest working from home
