**Salary **£100k - £120k **per annum**

**Location: London/Hybrid (1-2 days in the office per week)**

**About the role**

The Head of Product serves as a key strategic leader within Which?, responsible for developing and articulating an inspiring product strategy and ensuring it is aligned with overall goals of the organisation. The role involves leading and motivating cross-functional product squads, fostering innovation, and overseeing end-to-end product development.

**Key responsibilities include**:
**Lead the ongoing development of Which?'s Product Strategy**
- Establish strong foundational Product principles and practices.
- Promote a balanced, evidence-based and data-informed approach to driving outcomes.
- Clearly measure and communicate success, as well as learnings.
- Responsible for the line management of Product Managers and coordination across product squads.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in developing commercially viable products and services.
- Experience of leading & Supporting leaders.
- OKR/Goal/Objective coaching experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written, verbal and visual.
- Ideally you will have completed one of Silicon Valley Product Group's (SVPG): Inspired, Empowered or Transformed workshops.

- Initial call with CPTO to establish more about the role and cultural fit.
- Video call with CPTO & Head Of Product Design covering competency and values-based questions (60-90 mins).
- Face to Face Interview with CPTO & CEO with relevant pre-interview task/question (this will be played back as part of the final interview) - London Office.
