We, at Catch 22 are looking for **4 Office Cleaners **to work in an Office Building located in **Kew Gardens, Richmond, TW9.**

Working on varied cleaning tasks, as part of a friendly team, we are looking for **reliable** and **experienced cleaners,** who can help support the existing team by cleaning touchpoints and surfaces around our client's buildings.
We aim to ensure that a **quality service** is provided to the client **and maintain a high standard of enhanced cleaning.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Increase the frequency of cleaning around the building, ensuring that areas are always cleaned to the highest of standards.
- Clean all surfaces, especially ones that are touched frequently like door handles, light switches, kitchen areas & bathrooms.
- Maintain Health & Safety Standards at all times.
Ensure all equipment and cleaning products are stored correctly and in line with COSHH guidelines.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

- Good attention to detail
- **DBS checked within the last 12 months: Basic, Standard or Enhanced | or willing to put one through**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative, whilst being part of a team
- To be reliable, punctual and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided

**4 Shifts available**:

- Shift 1 : Monday to Friday, ongoing role

Hours : 10.00 am - 14.00pm ( 4 hrs a day, 20 hrs a week - Enhanced Cleaner)

Shift 2 : Monday to Friday, ongoing role

Hours : 06.00 am - 10.00am ( 4 hrs a day, 20 hrs a week - Routine Cleaner)

Shift 3 : Saturday and Sunday, ongoing role

Hours : 10.00 am - 14.00pm ( 4 hrs a day, 8 hrs a week - Enhanced Cleaner)

Shift 4 : Saturday and Sunday, ongoing role

Hours : 09.00 am - 12.00pm ( 3 hrs a day, 15 hrs a week - Routine Cleaner)
- Salary : £9.50 per hour
