**Please note - this role is an 18 month FTC**

**Salary**: £40,000 + DOE

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting the Communications Manager in the development and delivery of effective and integrated communications plans
- Building effective and robust communications networks through customer relationship management, supporting delivery and improve effectiveness of communications
- Developing plans for specific activity to meet specified communications objectives
- Writing and sub-editing communications for bulletins, newsletters, intranet, internet, and local media
- Presenting complex messages in a simple way across a range of mediums/external communication channels

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills
- Building strong network and influencing stakeholders
- Experience of support to a transformation programme is desirable
- Experience of working with both online and offline employees is desirable
