We're recruiting for our client, a busy vehicle repair company in Bletchley. This is a customer-facing position where you'll handle inbound enquiries in person and over the phone at the company's front desk as well as perform general administration tasks tohelp keep the business running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interacting with customers and taking phone inquiries
- Check-in and release of customer vehicles before and after repair
- Updating insurance details using online systems
- Calling customers to update them on the status of repairs
- Managing reservations for courtesy cars
- Performing adhoc administrative tasks as needed
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a Reception or Customer Service role
- Well presented and have a good telephone manor
- Well organised
- Solid administrative skills and computer literate
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm
