Ecommerce Merchandiser
Location: Winsford
Type: Permanent/ Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £23-25k depending on experience

We are looking to recruit an Ecommerce Merchandiser to expand our busy Commercial team

We are a leading UK ecommerce business and we specialise in IT and printer consumables and stationery so a genuine interest in IT would help you go far in this role, as would previous experience in a busy ecommerce environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor product listings and performance.
- Keep up with trends in the market.
- Set pricing margins to maximise sales.
- Create new product listings that will be seen by millions of people each day.
- Work closely with buying and marketing to discuss stock availability.
- Support customer services and sales staff with product and pricing queries.
- Develop and present KPI reports to your team on performance in your area and listen to your team members' reports. Brainstorm new ideas as a supportive group.
- Make changes to improve the customer experience.

Skills Required:

- Strong IT skills and numeracy.
- Confidence and professionalism.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident with Excel.
- Able to multi-task and work to a deadline.
- A naturally positive communicator.

The following skills are desirable but not essential:

- Experience of price-setting/margin management.
- Experience of using a website or eCommerce platform.
