**Job purpose**:
To provide administrative support to the Sales and Customer Service B2B teams. Liaising with customers and completing associated administration to ensure high levels of customer service.
**Overview of Personal Spec**
**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Sample ordering, shipping and management
- Reviewing stock levels, forecasting and reporting
- SAP administration relating to processing customer orders.
- Creating & updating various trackers and spreadsheets for a variety of accounts on Excel
- Maintain spreadsheets sales vs estimated analysis.
- Supporting in trade shows
- Creating general communication offers and updating range plans
- Assist in promoting offers to customers in line with seasonal demands to promote sales growth.
- Compiling product offers including prices & availability on documents and creating presentations and decks for Sales Managers.
- Being the 2nd point of contact for buyers and suppliers
- Chasing estimates, payments and requests
- Keeping customers informed regularly
- Conducting market research
- Maintain sales 'bible' from customer confirmations, completing confirmations, then creating, and arranged codes to be raised where necessary.
- Sharing approved marketing images and liaising with marketing and ecommerce team
- Undertake a global marketing audit bi-annually
- Flexible to cover holiday/absences
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships and credibility.
- Must have beginner to intermediate skills in all Microsoft Office Applications.
- Data entry experience
- Good organisation ability & administration skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to resolve problems.
- Must be a Self-starter
- Good sales orientation and a clear & confident ambassador for the company.
- Desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to accommodate a varied workload and to cope with changing priorities. with progress and any potential problems.
- The desire to grow within sales
This position is a great role for an organised professional or recent graduate that can display clear focus and a passion for sales with strong customer service and technical skills. A can-do attitude is needed for this role.**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
