**THE ROLE**:
Join us as a Fleet Coordinator within our Fleet team.

**THE SALARY**:
£25,000 per annum

**BENEFITS**:
On Site Parking

**SHIFT DETAILS**:
37.5 hours per week - 09:00 - 17:00

**WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED**:
Gloucestershire GL2 7ND **Or** Ashby-de-la-Zouch LE65 1JR

**THE ROLE**:
**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
- First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage vehicle breakdowns and defects collating relevant information
- Manage vehicle and trailer maintenance at defect programmes ensuring completed in a timely and effective manner
- Adherence to process, policy and compliance
- Building & maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintenance of supplier invoicing process.
- Liaise with the group insurance company to answer queries on claims and collate data from the relevant business units
- Assist in the production of reports for the management team & sites
- Transition paper vehicle files to electronic vehicle files and monitor and ensure continued improvement
- Carry out any reasonable instruction

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Experience of working in fast pace environment
- Fleet management/Services experience
- Good administration skills
- Microsoft office packages Excel & word
- Commercial vehicle mechanical experience or knowledge - desirable
- GCSE or equivalent passes in English & Mathematics
