**Boutique 'Hotel Housekeeper**

We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Brocco on the Park. The role is to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests

The position is based on around 10-12 hours per week.

The rate of pay for this position is between £8 and £9.50 dependent on experience.

We have an immediate requirement for this position.

**Personal Qualities**:
You are responsible for helping to deliver a five-star experience to our hotel guests, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and unwavering attention to detail.

You will assist with all aspects of housekeeping within the hotel with a positive and can-do attitude, to achieve the best possible results in our rooms.

You always go the extra mile to wow our customers and anticipate their needs, whilst working with your team to create a happy, supportive work environment.

**The Position**:

- Greet guests and help them with any luggage
- Deal with any customer queries or requests to gain satisfactory outcome
- Complete daily cleaning schedule to Brocco standards
- Prepare bedding and towels for laundry
- Replace or refill toiletries where appropriate
- Fill up coffee pods, teabags and sugar
- Replenish fridges with small bottles of still water and fresh milk
- Check lightbulbs and replace if necessary
- Report any damaged, missing or broken items to reception
- Check that all hotel info in basket is neat. Replace with new where necessary
- Stock control of laundry, toiletries, coffee and teas
- Complete cleaning schedules for reception and public toilet areas
- Ensure environment meets Brocco standards of hygiene and safety
