**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the heart of our customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer-related tasks such as booking appointments, authorizing work, and invoicing.
- Ordering parts, liaising with technicians, and estimating/quoting new jobs.
- Sourcing vehicles for stock, arranging test drives, and vehicle viewings.
- Maintaining open communication lines with customers and management.

**Key Requirements**

We are looking for someone who embodies:

- Exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- A minimum of three years' experience in customer service.
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with excellent computer literacy.
- A background in mechanics is a plus but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
