**Warehouse Supervisor**

**Salary**: Competitive

Reporting to the Production Control Manager, the role involves supervising and leading all aspects of the Warehouse operations.

This exciting opportunity will focus on supporting the Manager to further develop an already successful Production Control department, ensuring all planned dispatches are made on time and in full.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Supervising, leading and developing the Production Control department.
- Allocate resources to achieve dispatch targets.
- Ensure basic disciplines of time keeping and adherence to procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement activity to improve methods of work and efficiency of performance.
- Train and coach associates to the required processes and standards.
- Take responsibility for appropriate departmental documentation including, work instructions, return to work interviews, probationary and performance reviews.
- Attend and lead daily feedback meetings as required.
- Set 5S standards and enforce adherence.

Ideal Experience/training Requirements:

- Significant warehouse supervisory experience ideally from automotive industry or similar manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Automotive quality systems etc.
- Excellent PC skills.
