**The Role**:

- Servicing and maintenance of a wide range of fire alarm systems to include conventional, addressable, two wire and wireless.
- Servicing and maintenance of emergency lighting systems.
- Servicing and maintenance of AOV systems.
- Fault finding and emergency call out service on the above systems.
- Conducting remedial work if required on the above systems.
A positive "can do" attitude, a genuine team player with an approach of finding solutions as opposed to moaning about problems, a customer service focused approach and be blessed with a sense of humour and a moral compass.
- Proven working knowledge of BS5839 & BS5266.
- Ability to service, fault find and commission a range of open protocol fire alarm systems such as Advanced, C-Tec & Kentec.
- Ability to service and replace emergency lights.
- Ability to service and commission intruder alarms, CCTV and intruder systems including IP CCTV.
- Ideally be qualified to service fire extinguishers.
- Possess FIA (or equivalent) modules.
