Solihull Trainer

Arrange and deliver Solihull Approach training courses both face-to-face and virtually (using MS Teams)
- Evaluate courses and their impact and maintain accurate training records
- Support staff to embed the Solihull Approach in their practice
- Liaise frequently with managers of each local area team to ensure that training offered meets local need
- Deliver Solihull Approach Reflective Practice/Supervision sessions to targeted groups of staff
- Train staff to facilitate Solihull Parent Groups and provide ongoing support and supervision for facilitators
- Recruit and support Solihull Champions
- Maintain up-to-date specialist knowledge in key areas such as brain development, attachment and childhood trauma
