Clear Line Maintenance are recruiting for Fixer Mates in Nottingham

We are a leading Principal Contractor, specialising in the design, supply, installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of curtain walling & cladding.

**Location**:North Church Street, NG1 4AF, Nottingham

**Job Type**: Full time, Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30, 46.5h per week, weekly pay

**Salary**:£18 per hour depending on experience

**Duration of work**: 18 months

**Requirements**:

- Previous rainscreen cladding experience is essential
- Health and safety knowledge
- CSCS - **Essential**:

- Must work well in a team environment
- IPAF & PASMA - **Preferable**:

- Must own battery operated tools
- Need to be able to read the drawing and work at high
- You should already be self-employed, have UTR & CIS

**Salary**: £18ph

**Experience**:

- rainscreen cladding: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS card (required)

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: £18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- CURTAIN WALLING: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
