Internal Sales Support

JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a great client based in North Leeds as they look to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Support. This is a permanent opportunity working for a reputable and growing organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working experience with CMS (SalesForce) and EPR systems
- Acquires new customers within existing and new market segments
- Follows up on and generates leads by contacting existing and new customers
- Increase the number of online orders while offering customers support
- Contact new customers to increase sales and introduce the company brand
- Maintaining the relationship with existing customers about products and services
- Processes/maintain customer data in the ERP system as well as performing the necessary registrations in CRM package
- Support the Regional Sales Managers with respect to relevant customer information
- Handles return requests
- Maintaining a close relationship with the Regional Sales Managers
