Oren Construction Ltd are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor in the Aberystwyth area to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations at various worksites. Your role will usually involve you supervising other operatives on site.

You will need to ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain a high level of productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of employees, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Monitor work progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among team members
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare reports as needed

**Requirements**:

- SSSTS
- CSCS card
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
