**Job Types**: Full Time or Part time. Permanent. Office based.

Working hours: Full Time = 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:45 am - 17:15 pm

or Part Time = 30 hours per week Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 16:00 pm.

At Incident Management Solutions (IMS) we specialise in helping our clients deal with the 'vehicle journey’ after a motor incident. Whether it be Repair, Total Loss, Cash-in-lieu or just Engineering.

**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Claim Handler, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, liaising with various parties to aid in the completion of claims.

**You’ll also**:

- Ensure all information obtained is accurate and clearly noted;
- Liaise with customers, insurers, repairers and governing bodies, providing updates via verbal and written communication;
- Review and process documents in line with Service Level Agreements;
- Work towards daily and monthly targets.

**What you’ll need**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop
- Knowledge of Microsoft and I.T packages particularly Excel.
