Your main responsibilities will include washing dishes, cleaning food preparation areas, and assisting the kitchen staff with various tasks. **Duties**:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Clean food preparation areas, including countertops, cutting boards, and equipment
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed

- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
