**About the Role**
- This position will provide a great insight into all areas of Payroll Administration. Working directly for the UK Payroll Manager, the tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Supporting the Payroll Specialists on the processing of day to day UK Payrolls
- including:

- Key all payroll related New Starter details to ensure new hires are paid accurately and timely.
- Organise the payroll input onto online template for the Payroll Specialists.
- Maintain accuracy of employee records.
- Monitoring and responding to the payroll inbox.
- Support in the checking of pre-validation reports/data.
- Support in the post commit activities i.e. online filing of payroll output files, collate payroll data on excel spreadsheet for adhoc data requests.
- Collate data for leavers, new hires and salary increases for the E&Y audit annual activity.
- Responding to requests from external sources
- Support Payroll Manager with data collation for UK Payroll Scorecard
- Ensure payroll procedures are maintained and updated
- Maintain overpayments spreadsheet and collate letters
- Other work as directed by the Payroll Manager

**Required skills, qualifications and experience**
- Must be able to use Excel to perform lookups and pivot tables and Word.
