Bench Hand Joiner

Our Client is looking to grow their team. They are an experienced and established laminate manufacturing business operating in the northeast who have been competitively trading within the industry for over 30 years.

Currently looking for a new bench joiner in order to maximise the businesses growth and success. In order to do so, they require a dedicated, hardworking individual who is eager to expand and specialise their skill set with the help of the business.

This role will be full time/permanent

39 Hours per week Monday to Friday

Hours: Monday-Thursday: 7am-4.15pm, Friday: 7am-11.15am

Day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Working to production schedules

Interpreting technical plans and diagrams

Selecting correct materials to suit a particular job.

Measuring, marking up and cutting materials to required dimensions.

Using hand and power tools efficiently and taking the correct safety precautions to keep yourself and the team safe.

Assembling timber based structures in a workshop

Conducting quality checks and reporting to senior staff. Requirements:
Located within a commutable distance of Hebburn, Newcastle

Capable to perform day to day responsibilities on day of employment.

**Salary**: £21,500 - £24,500 (depending on experience)
