**SALARY & BENEFITS**
- Salary £38,000 to £40,000
- Bonus scheme: c£2,000 per annum

- Flexible, hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)

**ROLE OVERVIEW**
- Support the Finance Manager with the consolidation of group accounts
- Support with the improvements to systems and processes from a financial reporting perspective
- Ensure balance sheet controls are in place and effective
- Preparation of financial statements under IFRS
- Monthly and quarterly financial reporting

**ABOUT YOU**
- AAT Qualified or CIMA/ACCA/ACA Part Qualified
- Strong understanding of balance sheet controls essential
- Knowledge of IFRS beneficial
