Transport Co-ordinator

Our client has a large chilled warehouse in Crick. This is a great team and they are looking for long-term staff members to join them.
We are looking for an organized transportation coordinator to manage the shipment of items from the warehouse to the client. The transportation coordinator ensures that goods are delivered on time and undamaged.
To be successful as a transportation coordinator you must be able to multitask. A good transportation coordinator constantly communicates with various role players in the shipping process.

The shift pattern is Day / Night, 4 on 4 off rotation. 12 hours per shift

**Requirements**:
As a Transport Coordinator you will assist the smooth operation of the transport office
- Maintain all documentation
- Make sure all drivers depart and arrive on time
- Booking staff
- Process vital information
- Solve issues of journey details
- Plan delivery routes.
- Dispatch drivers to complete deliveries.
- Record shipment details on the computer system.
- Review driver logs.
- Respond to client feedback or complaints.
- Prepare payslips for drivers.
