Over the years we have worked with the biggest names in retail to create bespoke racking repair systems and methods of keeping costs to an absolute minimum. Rack Groups expertise and dedication to enhancing all safety aspects associated with the use of storage equipment have resulted in a service that meets and, where possible, exceeds the recommendations laid out in European Standards and SEMA guidelines for pallet racking safety.

**Position**:
Rack Group are seeking an experienced Credit Controller on a temporary basis - offered as a 3 month Fixed Term Contract. During this time you will play a crucial role in managing credit and collections accounts, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers. Reporting to the Finance manager, you will have a positive, determined attitude and a proven record of earning respect of customers to find a way to clear unpaid invoices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customer queries and disputes in a prompt and professional manner
- Reconciling accounts and producing aged debtor reports
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as Sales and Installation to resolve billing discrepancies
- Matching invoice values to work orders and purchase orders in various in house systems and customer portals.

Applicants must have demonstrable experience in credit control or a similar finance role. The post holder may be required to seek resolution of aged debts, therefore we are seeking an experienced, self-starter with a proven track record in credit control, who is able to demonstrate effective communication and negotiations skills with internal and external contacts.

**Requirements**:

- Good standard of general education backed by a track record of continuing professional development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software Excellent organisational skills to track calls, feedback, documents.
