**About Our Client**:
The client is a Multi Academy Trust of four schools who are planning to bring new schools on board in the future. They have high aspirations for their students and aim for them to achieve their full potential at all stage of their educational journey.

The key responsibilities of the HR Coordinator include:

- Supporting with the recruitment process
- Onboarding new starters
- Updating information for payroll
- Managing the HR inbox
- Maintaining HR files

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR Coordinator should have:

- Experience working in a HR role
- Experience working in an education setting would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Safer Recruitment guidelines
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Experience using iTrent would be beneficial
