**Job Role**:
The main duties include supervising, and controlling the work schedule of the garden maintenance team. Providing advice and assistance where necessary to ensure tasks are performed properly.

**Key Knowledge**:

- Have extensive knowledge of gardening and plants
- Be able to identify plant distress i.e. pest/disease
- Be competent in maintaining gardens to a high standard
- Ensuring all work is completed adhering to all health & safety guidelines including all team members

**Key Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Hedge Cutting
- Planting
- Pruning
- Weeding
- PA1 & PA6 spraying certificate
- Border maintenance
- Mowing / Strimming
- Specialist plant care
- Daily reporting to the Directors to provide regular feedback
- Organising the team and setting priorities, plan and delegate tasks
- Experience in supervising a small team and strong communication skills
- Ensure the maintenance of all tools and equipment
