We provide a comprehensive business management platform tailored for the AV industry, enabling seamless project management, proposal generation, and supplier-customer interactions. We recently launched in America and won best Start Up at an industry trade show. It is an exciting time for us as a company with a growing team, customer and supplier base.

We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and building websites using our custom-made website builder. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' needs, researching their target audience, and translating their brand image into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating wireframes and mockups for various aspects of our web-based software beyond the website builder. You will collaborate closely with our development team to ensure that the user experience is seamless across all our products.

**Responsibilities**
- Gain insights into product specifications and user psychology to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with customers to craft visually appealing and user-friendly websites using our proprietary website builder.
- Conduct concept and usability testing to collect valuable feedback from users.
- Create wireframes and prototypes tailored to the unique needs of our customers.
- Innovate solutions to UX challenges, ensuring usability and discoverability.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and prototypes to the rest of the team.
- Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends to inform design strategy and maintain relevance.

**Requirements and skills**
- Demonstrated proficiency as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or in a similar capacity.
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Experience in project management and research.
- Familiarity with interaction design principles and information architecture.
- Proficiency in design software such as UXPin, Balsamiq, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
