**Job title: Customer Service Representative**

**Location: Leeds**

**Terms: Full-time, Flexible Hours, Permanent**

**Salary: £20,000 - £22,500 dependent on experience**

**About the role**:

As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face of YPP, serving as the first point of contact for tenants, investors, contractors, and visitors. Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our business.

Working closely with our experienced Community Manager, Lettings Managers, Maintenance and Marketing teams, as well as our dedicated Lettings Consultants, you will enjoy a collaborative work environment where everyone plays a crucial part in our success.

**Daily duties include**:

- Meeting and greeting tenants and other visitors to ensure all receive a warm welcome;
- Answering and forwarding phone calls;
- Liaising with the Lettings, Marketing, Maintenance and Management teams and directing all enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Screening phone calls;
- Assisting with initial issues and queries raised by current and prospective tenants to ensure they are dealt with efficiently and directed to the responsible team members;
- Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and fully stocked;
- Handling confidential information, including tenancy agreements and copies of personal identification documents;
- Maintaining our lettings database, ensuring notes are fully updated and accurate;
- General administrative duties; and
- Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Well organised, self-motivated and efficient;
- Friendly, positive attitude and polite;
- A working knowledge of computer packages, including word and excel; and
- Able to deal with difficult clients/customers.
- Previous customer service experience

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Multilingual
