With around 25 years' experience operating in Hertfordshire, they also provide their services around the London area. This practice is working on a range of different Commercial and Residential projects, either small-scale or high-end, you name it. This wouldgive you an amazing opportunity to expand your portfolio and become a more versatile Town Planner in-time Due to ongoing growth and new projects, they seek a Planner with previous experience with Residential and Commercial projects as this is the nature oftheir business.

Town Planner Requirements:

- Demonstrate a full understanding of the planning system
- Solid portfolio of previous success
- Client-focused - landowners, farmers, estate owners, householders, smaller developers, private clients, and planning applicants
- Site visits & client meetings across the South of England
- Prepare site appraisals, planning reports, design + access statements and feasibility studies
- Project management
- Represent the company at events and presentations
Desirables:

- RTPI or RICS
- Residential and Commercial experience
