**Hours**: 40 hours

**Key Responsibilities**:Answer incoming calls and dealing with customer queries
Planning and allocating Engineers workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail Professional telephone manner when speaking to customers Ensure work is completed to a high standard
A confident and enthusiastic individual who has experience of working in customer service
Experience of working to deadlines and multi-tasking A good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to prioritise tasks and respond positively to new challenges and change Previous experience of Xero Software preffered although training will be given.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,880.00-£27,040.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
