Direct Approach Marketing is a small company, based in Ware, Hertfordshire. We have been providing direct marketing services to the commercial property industry for nearly 30 years.

The role involves:
To update contact and address details for commercial property occupiers through predominantly telephone based research supplemented by internet searches.

A **CONFIDENT TELEPHONE MANNER **is essential. Experience is not needed as full training will be given and only basic IT skills are required.

There are 8-20 hours available per week within traditional weekday working hours. Shifts are 4-5 hours in duration and either worked as part of the morning or afternoon team.

We offer a flexible working environment:
- **Term-time working may also be possible.**

**In the long term, it may be possible to do some work from home.**

The position is based in our friendly low occupancy **COVID safe **office in Ware - SG12. Only applicants who can travel to our office will be considered.
