**What we need from you**:

- You must have the passion for making a positive impact.

**Duties of a Home Care Support Worker**:

- To prompt and assist with personal care.
- To prompt and assist with medication.
- To promote and encourage independence.
- To assist with meal preparation.
- To assist with domestic duties as and when required.
- To complete relevant paperwork

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
