**Staff Friend - Support Worker**

We are looking for someone who is caring, compassionate and energetic to come and join our small and committed team of staff friends. You will be supporting young adults with autism to live the lives they choose, supporting them to express their needs through augmentative communications systems.

Experience of working with autistic people would be an advantage but full training will be given.

You will need a clean driving license and be willing to work shifts and cover some weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Autism: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day shift (preferred)
- Night shift (preferred)
- Overnight shift (preferred)
