2 Counties Construction (Midlands) Ltd is a growing construction firm operating in the West Midlands which takes on a diverse range of building contracts in the residential, commercial and development sectors.

We have an immediate requirement for general / skilled labourers to join the team working on projects around Hereford.

Weekly pay, rates dependant on experience. Immediate start available.

**Job Purpose**:
To assist the trade on site as required. Clean and Maintain the site and facilities. Keep sites clean and tidy, and maintain the stock levels. Experience working on groundworks would be an advantage.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
The role is site based and key duties include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Clean and Maintain the site and facilities.
- Keep the stores clean and maintain the stock levels.
- To assist the trades on site as required, experience on groundworks is advantageous

**Person Specification**:
**Education and qualifications**:

- CSCS required
- First Aid Training preferred

**Knowledge and experience**:

- 5+ years' previous site experience
- Experienced in safely using a range of tools

Work remotely
- No

Pay: From £120.00 per day

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ledbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
