I’m currently recruiting a **Sales Administrator** to join their small team based in **Luton**, where you will work with some of the most well-known brands in the UK and Europe.

**Role**
- Be the first point of contact for all customers
- Manage all incoming enquiries and going through order samples, artwork, and proofs with customers.
- Process all orders
- Manage any changes to lead times
- Update all customers data accordingly
- Lapsed customer calls
- Promote sales through various platforms

**You must**
- Have worked with an **Sales Administration** or **Customer Coordinator** role previously
- SAP or internal CRM experience is ideal, training will be provided
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Worked in a role where you have successfully maximised sales through excellent customer service
- Be confident to pick up the phone and build relationships with customers
- Excellent attention to detail and able work to tight deadlines

**£25,000- £30,000 DOE**

**Benefits**

- 09.00am -17.00pm Monday to Friday (one hour lunch)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
