We are delighted to be recruiting for this very established estate agency, they are a very successful business with a high street office in Southampton.

Due to a recent success our client is looking for a successful Sales Negotiator who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for customer service. Ideally you will be already working successfully in a similar role.
- **Competitive Basic Salary with a realistic £40,000 OTE.**_
- **Plus car allowance.**_

Working hours are over a 5 day week, there will be a requirement to work some Saturdays.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Work towards branch targets.
- Accompany viewings.
- Dealing with enquiries.
- Booking appointments.
- General Office Administration.

**The Ideal Person**:

- You will have the excellent ability to build rapport.
- You will enjoy working towards targets.
- You will have good listening skills.
- You will be resilient & self-motivated.
- You will have a UK driving Licence.

Ideally you will have previous experience of successfully working in an estate agency.
- Get Staff acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers._
