Opened in September 2018, easyHotel Reading is located within walking distance of Reading town centre and Reading train station, offering the perfect affordable base for both business and leisure travellers. Guest rooms are stylish, affordable and clean with home comforts like en-suite bathrooms, AC and central heating.

The hotel is located close to popular family attractions, with both Legoland and Thorpe Park just a short drive away. Other attractions nearby include the River Thames, Oracle Shopping Centre, Reading town centre and Reading Abbey.

The Front Office team are the Heart and Soul of the hotel, being the first point of contact and the last point of contact, making it very important that the guests receive excellent cusomer service with huge smiles and in a friendly and helpful manner at all times.

**Role in our Family**:
At easyHotel Reading you will work within a Small diverse team providing memorable hotel experience for every single guest.
- Completing the full check in and check out processes in a seamless manner.
- Provide guests with excellent service.
- Be proactive in upselling and promoting all aspects of the hotel
- Work closely alongside all other departments to ensure excellent communication amongst all areas
- Carry out guest requests, ensuring all guests’ special requirements are met
- Ensuring that all guests are kept up to date and informed of all developments to their enquiries
- Ensuring a comprehensive handover is given to the next team member coming on shift
- Ensuring the banking and payments balance for your shift
- Ensuring that all charges are correctly posted
- Ensuring that all reports and paperwork are completed accurately as requested
