**Amtico LVT Installers**

We require an Amtico installer or two-man team to help fit the vast amount of Amtico we sell. Straight lay plank and tile as well as technical design work such as herringbone and of course floor preparation skills required. We are looking for someone highly skilled who takes pride in their work. We use top quality products and have a warehouse facility in Otford.

**Wood Floor Layers**
We are in need of a skilled wood flooring installer or a two-man team for 2-4 days per week.
Both plank and herringbone from leading suppliers in top-end quality are usually fully bonded including accessories and finishing details. Additional carpentry skills are also valued here.

Floor preparation skills are ideal but not essential as we can have the jobs prepared prior if required.
- **Carpet Fitting Team**_,_

We are looking for an experienced two-man carpet fitting team to work on a sub-contracting basis for 3-5 days per week.

The installers must be competent in carpet installation to a high standard as well as stair runners. Plant fiber installation is a bonus but not essential. We are not expecting huge amounts of m2 fitted daily but do require a high-level finish for our discerning clients in Sevenoaks.

**Location & Requirements**

The installations are usually based in high-end properties for discerning clients. We pay most invoices with 7 days from the point they are submitted, before during, and after pictures will be required for all work undertaken.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**:
1 man = £200 per day
- Fitter and improver = £300 per day

Hours = Monday to Friday 8am -4pm

Sub Contracting Basis

**Salary**: £210.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Floor Laying: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)

Work Location: One location
