On-site Family Liaison Officer

We require an **On-Site Family Liaison Officer **for our site in Bulford, Wiltshire (SP4). Working for Robert Rice Contractors Ltd, a family run Building Contractor based in Somerton, Somerset. This would be for 20 hours a week on a flexi-time basis to suit the client meetings, plus your own circumstances.

Liasing with families and the Amey Defence Services housing officer, to provide first class service, understand families requirements, keeping records on a spreadsheet with families names, addresses, requirements, and updating client communication, notifying all parties involved.

Ensure all details are accurate across all systems, and implement a regular review of data.

Attend site/tenant meetings, where required.

Must be a caring, empathetic individual who understands and supports the needs of a diverse cross section of customers/tenants and their families.

Must be confident in using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook.

Be pro-active and be able to work on their own initiative and collaboratively with others. Good communication skills. Ability to manage change.

Duties will involve having access to information of a confidential nature that will be covered by the Data Protection Act, be commercially sensitive or relate to client information so confidentiality must be maintained at all times.

Customer service experience would be valuable, but not essential as training will be given.
