Stone Security Ltd is a well-established family run security company operating across the UK. We are seeking a Control Room Supervisor to join our team.

**Duties**:

- Scheduling, managing, and assisting of Security Officers and Mobile Drivers
- Assisting the Operations Manager
- Daily reporting on operational functions, such as booking on and off check calls
- To manage the reporting of incidents and faults accurately, and escalate appropriately
- Liaising with clients, receiving and making telephone calls
- Managing company vehicles

**Essential**:

- SIA Licence
- Driving Licence
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- Good IT skills
- Be an excellent team player, flexible and conscientious
- Able to liaise confidently with clients

**Desirable**:

- Experience in using a scheduling software (for example, SmartTask)
- Supervisory experience

**Hours**:
Monday - Friday

07.00am - 19.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £34,000.00 per year
